1. Agreement to Terms

FS (Fantasy Score / Funny Score) points are virtual, in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. FS points:

• Cannot be purchased with real money or any form of payment
• Cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money, goods, or services
• Cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users
• Have no cash value and are not redeemable for anything of monetary value
• Are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed
• May be reset, modified, adjusted, or revoked at any time without notice
• Do not constitute property or any form of legal entitlement
• Expire or become invalid if your account is terminated or suspended

4.2 Earning FS Points

FS points may be earned through various activities, including but not limited to:

• Registration Bonus: 300 FS points for creating a new account
• First Game Bonus: 300 FS points for completing your first mini-game
• Gameplay: Points earned through playing mini-games and achieving scores
• Challenges: Completing specific challenges or objectives
• Promotional Events: Special events or promotions (subject to availability)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any method of earning FS points at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide FS points for any activity.

4.3 Spending FS Points

FS points can be used to unlock premium content, including:

• Premium articles and educational content (200-300 FS)
• Advanced game levels and features (400-600 FS)
• Exclusive content and special features (prices vary)

All FS point transactions are final and non-refundable. Once you spend FS points, they cannot be recovered even if you later decide you do not want the unlocked content. Prices for content may change at any time without notice.

4.4 FS Points Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Limit the maximum FS points balance you can accumulate
• Set expiration dates for FS points
• Adjust FS point values and prices without notice
• Remove or modify content that was previously unlockable with FS points
• Suspend or revoke FS points if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms

You agree not to:

5.5 FS Points and Gameplay

• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the FS points system
• Use automated tools or scripts to play games or earn points
• Share accounts or allow others to use your account to earn FS points
• Attempt to transfer, sell, or trade FS points

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Fishing Simulator or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable policies
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Extended period of account inactivity

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• All FS points, unlocked content, and account data may be permanently deleted
• You will lose access to all features and content
• We are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation

12.4 Survival

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution provisions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
